Pilot Career

The Accelerated Bridge Program is exclusively reserved for graduates of Grondair Aviation flight school. Selected candidates join the Propair team directly for a 12-month period.

During this period, they will work in various positions within Propair, such as ground services agent, flight dispatcher, crew scheduling, operations assistant, and administrative support. After 12 months, they will automatically be hired as First Officers on one of Propair's aircraft.

The regular pathway of Propair’s Pilote Avantage program is intended for pilots who have not graduated from Grondair’s AEC program. These candidates will have the opportunity to join Propair for a period of 18 months, where they can work in various roles such as ground services agent, operations assistant, or other positions within the company.

At the end of this pathway, they will also be hired as First Officers on Propair’s aircraft, but the time required to reach this position is extended compared to candidates from the Accelerated Bridge Program.

Upon completing their training, interested candidates have the opportunity to obtain their flight instructor qualification and join the Grondair Aviation team as a Class 4 flight instructor.

This strategy is often the most advantageous and quickest way to accumulate flight hours and quickly access a First Officer position in a 703 company, all while sharing their passion for aviation.
