CAREER

Propair Pilot Advantage Program

In partnership with Grondair, we offer candidates the opportunity to join our team through the Propair Pilot Advantage Program.

This program allows top-performing Grondair Aviation students to step into a First Officer position on the King Air A100 or Beechcraft 1900D in Propair’s operations upon completing their training.

The graduate with the highest academic performance at Grondair will have the opportunity to be directly hired as a First Officer on the King Air A100 or Beechcraft 1900D in Propair’s operations upon completing their training. This recognition is a mark of excellence and provides privileged access to a career start at Propair.

The Accelerated Pathway program is exclusively for graduates of Grondair’s flight school. Selected candidates join the Propair team directly for a 12-month period, during which they can work in various roles within Propair, such as ground services agent, flight dispatcher, crew scheduler, operations assistant, and administration. After these 12 months, they will have the opportunity to be hired as a First Officer on one of Propair’s aircraft.

The regular pathway of the Propair Pilot Advantage program is designed for pilots who did not graduate from Grondair’s AEC program. These candidates will have the opportunity to join the Propair team for an 18-month period, during which they can work in various roles, such as ground services agent, operations assistant, or other positions within the company. At the end of this pathway, they will also have the opportunity to be hired as a First Officer on Propair’s aircraft, though the time required to reach this position will be longer compared to candidates in the Accelerated Pathway.

Graduates of Grondair Aviation’s AEC program benefit from a significant advantage: they have priority for faster access to pilot positions at Propair. This specialized training enables quicker and smoother integration into the Canadian aviation industry, thus enhancing their career opportunities as pilots.

Upon completing your training, obtain your flight instructor rating and join the Grondair Aviation team as a Class 4 flight instructor. This path is often the most advantageous and fastest way to build your flight hours and quickly access a First Officer position with a 703 company, all while sharing your passion for aviation with others.
