BOOKING AND FLIGHT
For some routes, chartering a plane can be cost-effective with as few as 4 passengers. We encourage you to consider chartering one for your next air transportation planning. Always consider requesting a quote before purchasing your tickets when traveling in a group.
Flight durations depend on the type of aircraft and air conditions. Generally, you can expect a flight of 1h40 in a King Air 100 and 1h25 in a B1900D.

Booking a charter flight is very simple. You just need to fill out a quote request using our web tool (Request a Quote), or submit a quote via email. You can also speak to one of our advisors by phone at (819) 762-0811.
A quote does not commit you to anything and helps you better plan your travels.
At Propair, the turnaround times are very quick, and we ensure flexibility with our flights. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before your flight to ensure efficient boarding.
Cancellation fees may apply. It's important to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your flight. Contact us at 1 855-762-3555.
COSTS AND BAGGAGE
The cost of our air charters depends on the desired itinerary, with prices evaluated based on the base cost and various fees associated with chartering, such as mandatory fees payable to NAV Canada, airport fees, etc. You may find some flights priced as low as $1,700.00 + miscellaneous costs. For more information, it's very simple to request a quote online (Request a Quote). Your request does not obligate you to anything, and we will send you a detailed quote that includes all these costs (associated conditions).
Depending on the desired itinerary, with 9 passengers, you can bring up to 25 lbs. For chartering an aircraft for 5 passengers and fewer, it is possible to bring more than 50 lbs.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
charter flight is a flight where the aircraft has been booked by one or a group of individuals to travel to a specific destination. This type of flight offers peace of mind, great flexibility, and excellent value for money.
A commercial flight is a flight where you purchase a ticket to reserve a seat on an aircraft. Most commercial flights require passengers to arrive well in advance, sometimes up to 3 hours, before departure. Commercial flights with Propair only require passengers to arrive 30 minutes before departure.
We offer personalized services for special needs, such as private boarding, catering and alcoholic beverage service, hotel and car reservation, etc.
For our flights at Propair, no customs clearance is required. Except for some charter flights to the United States.
ON-BOARD EQUIPMENT
Unfortunately, there are no toilets on board our flights.
