Propair

The passenger attests:

• That the trip is not made for business or work purposes, unless she or he works for a non-profit organization and is traveling in that context;
• That the ticket price is not reimbursed by an employer or a legal entity, unless it is a non-profit organization or the travel is carried out as part of school, extracurricular, sports, or cultural activities intended for students;
• That she or he has not obtained, during a fiscal year (from April 1 to March 31), more than six one-way tickets (a round trip equals two one-way tickets) under the Regional Air Access Program. This limit does not apply to passengers whose primary residence is in the regions of Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Îles–de–la–Madeleine, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, or Nord-du-Québec;
• That she or he is informed that making false statements regarding eligibility will result in exclusion from the Regional Air Access Program for its entire duration.
• The passenger consents to the carrier transmitting to the Minister any information, including personal information, for verification purposes.
